  Very disappointed. I am disabled and find walking difficult so I sought an assistant to help me as I knew what I wanted and didn't want to have to wander round all the displays. I was directed to a stand but this did not contain one of the plants I wanted and had no information about which variety had the best perfume for the other plants. I had to seek another assistant who although did not know at least tried to look it up on Google. At the checkout my goods were scanned and I paid. I then asked if they could put the pots in a bag. I was told they were 5p but the assistant was already leaving the checkout to scan the next trolley and said there may be some boxes over there. I was left to struggle with my 3 pots, my handbag and my walking stick and there were no boxes. Customer service shocking!

  You can see the insulation on the outside of the roof where panes are missing. Inside acoustic tiles missing, stained and bulging.. Whole building in need of plenty TLC
